Montana HR is proud to announce a new partnership with eCornell.

15-16 June 2009 -- Turnaround Interview workshop, Fredericton, NB.

Turnaround Interview is an innovative and interactive workshop that teaches you to correct bad habits and behaviour in good employees without using discipline. It allows you to maintain high standards while keeping a positive and engaged workforce, and limits the use of discipline to the serious or difficult matters where the tagline "up to and including termination" is a real consideration. The method is taught using live actors and real situations!

3-4 June 2009 -- Turnaround Interview workshop, Halifax NS.

11 May 2009 -- Montana HR partners with Canada's eCornell affiliate.

Montana HR has partnered with Canadian HR Press, the Canadian affiliate of eCornell, to offer Cornell University's online learning programs to Atlantic Canadians. eCornell programs are designed and taught by Cornell's Ivy League faculty and use the most relevant research, case studies, and a unique model for problem based learning, Click here for more information.

23 December 2008 -- Montana HR develops case-based Advanced Labour Relations certificate program for UNB

George Raine and Jennifer Boyd are developing an intensive nine-day certificate program for the University of New Brunswick's College of Extended Learning. The course, taught in three intensive case-based modules a month apart, will give participants a thorough grounding in a broad range of labour relations issues that would otherwise take decades of experience. Watch the UNB CEL website for more details.
