Experience
Montana HR Services Inc. is led by a leading industrial relations and human resources professional with a track record of superior accomplishment in private and public sectors, in unionized and non-unionized environments, and in many different jurisdictions.

We give our clients cost-effective access to a range of HR and industrial relations skills beyond their day-to-day needs. Many services are provided directly by the company’s President, George Raine. Others can be provided by selected associates with deep experience in every area of HR.

As a Montana HR Services Inc. client, your prime contact and project leader is always George. He has worked in the highest levels of HR practice in industry, government, and health care, and has practiced across Canada as well as in the US. He is as comfortable on a plant floor as in a board room. George’s previous employers include the Irving group of companies [he was formerly VP of Human Resources for Irving in Moncton, NB], Frigidaire Canada, the Government of Nova Scotia, and Stelco Inc.

As an accomplished industrial relations practitioner, George has negotiated more than 50 collective agreements and presented as many arbitration cases [winning more than 90% of them].

A leader in the HR profession, George was a co-founder of the Canadian Council of Human Resources Association, the body that standardized the CHRP designation across Canada, and served two terms as its President.
