5 April 2008 -- Montana HR Services Inc. President George Raine and Associate Consultant Jennifer Boyd will speak at "Employment Law A to Z", a one day Lorman Education Services seminar scheduled for Dieppe on 22 August 2008.
They will discuss how unions acquire, retain, and lose of bargaining rights, and will provide concrete advice for succesful collective bargaining. In a separate presentation within the same seminar, they will dicuss progressive strategies for avoiding union certification.

17 March 2008 -- Jennifer L. Boyd as Associate Consultant joined Montana HR Services Inc. in the role of Associate Consultant today. Ms. Boyd, a resident of Dieppe, New Brunswick, will be responsible for many employee and labour relations services, and will expand Montana's services to Francophone clients.
Ms. Boyd holds a BA in Psychology and an MBA and LLB from Université de Moncton, and is working on an LLM in Alternate Dispute Resolution from Osgoode Hall.
